How a single lecture recording became the foundation for professional learning materials in multiple languages — without bringing in translators, voice-over artists and video editors at every stage.
About the client
The client is an international manufacturer of phytogenic feed additives (eubiotics). The company is building its reputation as a trusted expert in overseas markets through specialist lectures and educational video content that supports sales and strengthens customer trust.
The client had a library of several dozen specialist lectures, all recorded in Polish. With plans to expand abroad, the company wanted to share this knowledge with audiences in new markets – without re-recording every lecture from scratch.
A single languageAll content was available in Polish only.
High costsTranslation and dubbing were slow and expensive.
Complex terminologyOff-the-shelf AI tools struggled with specialist botanical terms and Latin names.
No room to scaleThe process was hard to extend to new markets and languages.
The off-the-shelf AI solutions the client had tried before didn’t deliver the quality that professional expert content demands. Every translation still needed manual corrections, audio-to-video syncing and separate editing.
Without automation, every new market would have meant yet more hours for translators, voice-over artists and video editors.
SpeedCut the time needed to prepare content in new languages.
Less effortReduce the workload involved in localising content.
High qualityDeliver high-quality translations and a consistent expert image.
Ready to expandRemove the cost and time barriers standing in the way of international growth.
We designed a bespoke AI workflow that takes video content through the entire localisation process — from the raw recording all the way to a finished film in a new language.
The recording is transcribed automatically, with speaker identification and precise timestamps for every line.
An AI model produces a translation that handles the specialist terminology of botany and phytotherapy.
An expert reviews and approves the translation before it moves on to the next stage.
The system generates natural-sounding dubbing that preserves the expert’s own voice.
The new audio track is synced with the presentation, and the finished video is rendered automatically.
The entire process runs within a single, integrated system — the client manages every stage from one place, without switching between tools or people.
The client can now reuse the same recordings not just in English, but in every further language the company plans to roll out – without bringing translators, voice-over artists and video editors back in at every stage.
The system has streamlined the way we prepare educational and expert content for international audiences. It has also helped us reduce the time and cost of traditional translation of recordings, hiring voice-over artists and re-producing video content. (…)
